How to use NyGuard

How is NyGuard Useful for pest control?

When used as part of an Integrated Pest Management program (IPM) NyGuard stops the cycle of insect reproduction. NyGuard gets to the root cause of insect problems - the eggs, larvae and nymphs - and prevents them from maturing into reproductive adults. NyGuard will cause morphological abnormalities and disrupt the normal development of immature stages of insects, leading to sterility or death. When adults are present, NyGuard is commonly used with a non-IGR control. This strategy combines the rapid kill of adults and deposits a base level of NyGuard. Since NyGuard has a long residual, it remains to actively disrupt the development of any immature stages that have yet to emerge, or which were not affected by the insect control product used to control adult insects.
